MASSIVE TAXONOMY FAIL. http://www.scotsman.com/news/health/new-mutant-bed-bugs-twice-as-hard-to-kill-1-2235245 Screen shot to preserve the failure.   “Most people can’t identify bedbugs” because news outlets like this post incorrect photos.   Apparently, the “mutation” mentioned in the story was that bed bugs became COMPLETELY FUCKING DIFFERENT ANIMALS.   This is really horrible, since readers may think fleas (which are common) are bed bugs, and panic/spray when it’s not needed.  This is a flea, not a bed bug.
